- Weeks 4–6 — Production SMT, assembly, in-line QC, final test. Live updates via WhatsApp on request.
- Week 7 — QC & packaging AQL 2.5 lot inspection. Retail packaging line. Compliance binder finalised.
- Week 8 — Shipment 70% T/T balance, BL release. FOB Guangzhou / EXW Shenzhen / CIF on request.
